Guys,
Its a really sad thing that Mumbai has been attacked by Terrorists but in this time when our brave soldiers and policemen are risking their lives to safeguard us and our city, it is our moral duty too, to support them in every possible way. Some common sense tips below:
1) Do not believe on wild rumours, this is the time where you will get frantic calls from know, unknown on many rumours. Stay calm and do not believe on them till the media or newspapers or some authentic source confirms them!!
2) Do not spread wild rumours. Please exercise restraint and do not spread any message until you totally aware and sure of that message and its repercussions!!
3) Do not fear, be bold!!! This is most important, even in the worst of situations lets stay calm and do not fear things. We know this is a difficult time but fearing will not solve this problem PLUS the more we fear, the more the terrorists confidence will rise and they will be encouraged to do repeat such wild acts of terror!! Remember this - if we show them we do not fear their cowardly acts, they will think 100 times before doing this as in the end all are afraid of death - one and all!!!
4) If you come know to of any such thing like bomb blasts, firing or any such they - stay where you are. Do not panic to run back to home or office as panic creates fear and fear can kill. So please do not panic. Stay where you are and let the situation settle. If you panic to run back using public transport many such people will be rushing that time and this can really pose create risk for one and all. Stay calm, if you in office - please stay in offices. At iWeb our old staff has stayed in office during the 26th July rains for 3-4 days safely and also during the serial mumbai blasts. All of them were safe during this, so please stay put where you are in such times and difficult situations. Remember, office is more safe than roaming on the roads. Our office has enough security too - so be rest assured!!! Once you in office its our moral duty to take care of one and all - so please be rest assured and stay calm, we are there for all of you!!!
5) Last but not the least, let's all get together as INDIANS and fight these coward terrorists who want to divide and ruin us and our motherland!!!
Lets all do what's possible and try to fight these acts of terror in our own small way as in the end each single drop counts as each of it together makes an ocean :-))
